Here is a list of web projects that I have worked on over the past 10 years. (Not including this site, which also I have built myself.)
World Health Organization
As the Web Editor-in-Chief, I am responsible for the development, production and presentation of corporate content on the WHO website. I am also involved in the redesign and restructure of the website.
World Volunteer Web
I led the redesign project for the website, including a new design and information architecture. The new website was launched in November 2005 and won the World Bank’s Web4Dev Award for 2006. I was responsible for its day-to-day management and growth.
UN Volunteers
I led the redesign project for the website, including a new design and information architecture. The project included building three UNV country office websites: Egypt, Ghana and Ukraine.
GLOWeb
An interactive website/blog which I created for UNV’s Second Global Workshop in May 2005.
GCAP Web Review
Review of 48 coalition websites of the Global Call to Action Against Poverty in 2005. I volunteered to conduct the review with a colleague. Download the review report (PDF, 2.6 MB)
DIP Forum
An organizational website which I volunteered to build for the Deutsche-Indische-Pakistaniche Forum based in Bonn, Germany.
UN Editors Group
I volunteered to build this site/blog for the inter-agency UN Editors Group.
Centre Vedantique
I volunteered to build this website for the Vedantique Centre in Geneva, in English and French.
Digital Opportunity Channel
As editor of the website, I managed the project to build and launch the website. The website was launched in May 2002.
The Times of India
As part of the editorial team, my responsibility was to keep the site up-to-date with latest news.
