Sea, sun and the surf

A little family drama unfolded on the sea beach of Puri when we were enjoying one of the monsoon days there last year. I was clicking away the tumultuous sea, the game of the clouds and the sun and the sumptuous surf when this man appeared in my camera’s viewfinder.

I love capturing the spontaneous moments, so continued to take photos of this man, who provided a rare touch to the overcast sky and the foaming white sea with his gorgeous rainbow umbrella. After a series of photos that I took, I realized the family drama that was taking place right there and then.
